Fermentation gas is high-connectration CO2 tail gas discharged from fermentation system of alcohol plant,brewery,sugar refineryFermentation gas is high-connectration CO2 tail gas discharged from fermentation system of alcohol plant,brewery,sugar refinery etc.
Generally,fermentation gas contains 90~99% CO2 and impurities of alcohol, aldehydes, methane, hydrogen,nitrogen, vapor etc.,including small amount of NO and oil.The system desorbs alcohol, aldehydes, oil and NO by using methods of washing and hydrodissection with specialized adsorbent, and desorbs impurities of water ,methane,hydrogen and nitrogen with methods of drying,chilling,heat tranferring and rectfication in rectifying tower,storing clean CO2 in tanks for use. Petro-chemical tail gas is high-concentration CO2 tail gas discharged from refinery,chemical fertilizer plant,hydrogen plant and other chemical plants.
Petro-chemical tail gas contains 80~99% CO2 and impurities of sulphur, CO, hydrocarbon, nitrogen, O2, benzene, vapor etc.Technic for desorbing impurities of methane, hydrogen. Nitrogen, CO and O2 includes dust extraction and cooling through washing and hydrodissection, desulphuration and dehydration with specialized adsorbent, dealkylation with proprietary technology, and rectification in rectifying tower. Through these processes, clean CO2 is stored in tanks for use.
